The best man made thing would have to be the Nissan Skyline R34, it's sleek design 2771 cc twin turbo straight 6 cyl, 6 manual AWD, 0-60 in under 4 SECONDS!!!! 493 bhp @7000rpm!!! Oh man that's enough said. And to prove it was one of the best they stopped the making in 2002 because the cop cars couldn't catch them.
